Jatinangor- Wakil Menteri Dalam Negeri, John Wempi Wetipo mengukuhkan 1.227 putra putri terbaik yang lolos seleksi menjadi Praja Pratama IPDN Angkatan XXXIII pada hari Senin, 15 Agustus 2022 di lapangan parade IPDN, Jatinangor. Para putra putri tersebut berhasil lolos seleksi ketat dari 41.728 pelamar Seleksi Penerimaan Calon Praja (SPCP) IPDN tahun 2022.
Pada kesempatan itu Jhon Wempi Wetipo mengatakan, rasa bangganya kepada seluruh praja pratama yang telah berhasil lulus pada SPCP tahun 2022 yang terselenggara dengan sangat ketat, kompetitif, bersih, transparan, akuntable dan humanis.
“Banyak putra-putri bangsa yang berkeinginan untuk menempuh pendidikan disini, namun kalianlah yang lulus. Jadi gunakan waktu dan kesempatan ini untuk mengikuti pendidikan dengan tekad yang kuat dan kesungguhan hati,” ucapnya usai pengukuhan praja pratama IPDN angkatan XXXIII di lapangan Parade Abdi Praja Kampus IPDN
John Wempi juga mengatakan agar para praja pratama dapat belajar terkait dengan keberagaman, rasa cinta tanah air dan semangat nasionalisme di IPDN serta belajar berbagai hal terkait dengan pengelolaan pemerintahan di IPDN. John Wempi juga mengingatkan agar para praja pratama dapat waspada terhadap radikalisme, terorisme, intoleranisme, dan bahaya narkoba serta zat adiktif lainnya.
Dia berharap seluruh praja pratama dapat mengimplementasikan nilai nilai Asta Bratha dalam kehidupannya.
“Saya memberikan apresiasi yang tinggi kepada Rektor IPDN dan civitas akademika IPDN yang telah berhasil merumuskan landasan pijak nilai-nilai dasar sebagai spirit pendidikan IPDN yang dikenal dengan nama Asta Bratha,” katanya.
John Wempi berharap agar para praja dapat belajar dengan baik. Mengikuti dan menaati sistem, norma, kaidah kehidupan Praja sesuai Peraturan Tata Kehidupan Praja, Tata Krama maupun Sistem Nilai Pengajaran, Pelatihan dan Pengasuhan yang berlaku di IPDN.
