Dia adalah Aldiwan Haira Putra, SSTP purna praja angkatan XXIV yang berdinas di Kabupaten Empat Lawang, Sumatera Selatan.

Aldiwan lahir di Kerinci, 05 April 1995 semasa masih praja adalah praja utusan dari Kabupaten Kerinci, Jambi. Setelah menyelesaikan studi nya dari IPDN tahun 2017, dia ditugaskan di kabupaten Empat Lawang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Mengabdi bukan di daerah asal tidak menyurutkan langkah Aldiwan untuk berinovasi dan berprestasi. Sadar dengan tantangan yang dihadapi di Kabupaten Empat Lawang terkait dengan akses internet dan jaringan komunikasi, Diwan yang saat itu mengabdi di Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kab. Empat Lawang menggandeng swasta untuk mengembangkan sistem e-government dan program sosial berupa pemberian internet gratis untuk masyarakat terpencil (Itik Kecil), dan mengedukasi warga agar dapat memanfaatkan internet. Masyarakat Kab. Empat Lawang diberi pendampingan menggunakan internet untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, pertanian, perkebunan, dan sebagainya. Selain itu diwan membuat Inovasi SIKADES yaitu Sistem Aplikasi Keamanan Desa, dan Inovasi TITANIC yaitu Teknologi Beternak Dengan Pengelolaan Sampah Organic.

Saat ini Aldiwan bertugas sebagai staf Bagian Protokol Setda Kabupaten Empat Lawang, Sumatera Selatan, dan mendapat Kenaikan Pangkat Luar Biasa (KPLB). KPLB adalah kenaikan pangkat yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang menunjukkan prestasi kerja luar biasa baiknya. Prestasi kerja luar biasa baiknya yang dimaksud adalah prestasi kerja yang sangat menonjol baiknya yang secara nyata diakui dalam lingkungan kerjanya, sehingga Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang bersangkutan secara nyata menjadi teladan bagi pegawai lainnya.

Setelah melewati proses panjang pada 5 Mei 2020, melalui undangan BKN nomor 10/Und/Dit.PK/IV/2020 perihal Undangan presentasi KPLB a.n Aldiwan Haira Putra, S.STP, Paparan dilakukan melalui Video Conference yang di pimpin lansung oleh kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN), Bima Haria Wibisana. Bertempat di aula Madani Setda Empat Lawang, didampingi Kepala BKPSDM dan Keluarga IKAPTK Empat Lawang, ASN kelahiran Kerinci, 05 April 1995 yang pada tahun lalu mendapat anugerah ASN 2019 dari Kemenpan RB Kategori The Future Leader memaparkan satu persatu prestasi dan inovasi yang telah dilakukan selama dua tahun menjadi ASN.

Tak butuh waktu lama, Tim KPLB yang terdiri dari Kepala BKN dan Jajaran Eselon I dari BKN selaku penguji menyampaikan apresiasi dan menyampaikan “Layak” untuk mendapat KPLB “saya sudah mengenal beliau (aldiwan) pada saat menjadi dewan juri anugerah ASN 2019, dan saya pikir apa yang dilakukannya sudah sangat bagus” ucap Bima Haria Selaku Ketua Tim. Respon baik juga disampaikan Oleh Suharmen, S.Kom, M.Si , Deputi Bidang Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian mengaku terkejut terkait inovasi Internet yang dilakukan “sangat menarik ya, padahal yang bersangkutan tidak memiliki basic IT, karena lulusan IPDN yang spefisik ilmu pemerintahan tapi bisa memberikan inovasi di bidang IT” timbalnya bangga.

Sementara itu Delly Septian Perdana, S.STP, M.Si Kabag Protokol sekaligus Sekretaris IKAPTK Kabupaten Empat Lawang memberikan support kepada Aldiwan untuk terus berkarya, “sebagai senior sekaligus pimpinan tentu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi saya untuk mendukung dan memfasilitasi setiap hal baik yang akan dilakukan” imbuhnya.

Seperti diketahui Aldiwan yang berasal dari Kabupaten Kerinci, Jambi adalah salah satu dari 2000 Alumni IPDN lulusan tahun 2017 yang ditugaskan diluar daerah asalnya, hal ini membuktikan bahwa Alumni IPDN siap di tugaskan dimanapun dan terbukti bisa berprestasi, Hal ini sesuai dengan semboyan BHINEKA NARA EKA BAKTI yang berarti biar berbeda asal namun tetap satu pengabdian, yaitu Kepada Ibu Pertiwi, INDONESIA.
