Berbagai pemerintahan di seluruh dunia seperti terkejut dengan sebuah fenomena yang tidak pernah di duga sebelumnya, yaitu pandemi virus COVID-19. Tidak ada satu negarapun yang siap dengan krisis yang di akibatkan virus ini.

Dalam situasi ini Pemerintah jelas tidak bisa bergerak sendiri, seluruh elemen harus bersinergi, bergandengan tangan mengatasi permasalahan bersama. Sejalan dengan prinsip sinergi dan kolaborasi tersebut, DPP IKAPTK Jatim bersinergi dengan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur, lembaga swadaya masyarakat dan seluruh elemen masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam penanganan COVID-19

Kegiatan Sterilisasi seribu tempat Ibadah

Pada tanggal 12 April 2020 bertempat di Kabupaten Gresik, IKAPTK Jatim menunjukkan aksi kepedulian dengan melakukan berbagai rangkaian kegiatan. Di kabupaten Gresik, Tim IKAPTK melakukan sterilisasi tempat tempat ibadah sejumlah 500 – 1000 tempat ibadah agar ruang publik dapat terjaga dari virus COVID-19. Sebagai daerah basis islam yang kuat, tempat ibadah merupakan tempat paling dituju oleh masyarakat di Kabupaten Gresik.

Lomba Ceramah Agama tentang pola hidup menghadapi COVID-19

Kegiatan Langkah pemerintah dalam pembatasan interaksi atau physical distancing akan berjalan efektif jika masyarakat paham tentang bahaya dan cara penularan COVID-19. IKAPTK melakukan terobosan dalam rangka sosialisasi dan edukasi masyarakat agar punya pola hidup sehat dan bersih, dengan mengadakan lomba ceramah agama nasional via online nasional untuk kategori SD, SMP dan SMA dengan topik Melawan COVID-19. Panitia menyediakan hadiah berupa uang pembinaan dan trofi dari Gubernur Jawa Timur, Ketua DPN IKAPTK dan Ketua DPP IKAPTK Jawa Timur. Peserta cukup mengirimkan video dengan durasi lebih kurang 5 menit dikirim melalui WA 082130111121, mulai tgl 21 April 2020 ditutup tgl 12 Mei 2020.

Pembagian Masker, Hand Sanitizer dan Sabun Tangan

IKAPTK Jatim juga melakukan sosialisasi program pemerintah dalam menghadapi Covid-19 sekaligus pembagian ratusan masker, hand sanitizer dan handsoap lokasi di setopan lampu merah Medaeng, pintu masuk ke surabaya sebelah selatan.

Penyediaan jaring pengaman untuk masyarakat terdampak

Meskipun tidak sampai memenuhi kebutuhan sembako se Jawa Timur, berbekal niat tulus untuk meringankan beban masyarakat terdampak, IKAPTK Jatim melakukan pembagian nasi bungkus, nasi kotak, dan sembako di beberapa Kabupaten seperti di Kabupaten Bangkalan dan Sidoarjo.


Prisip bahwa Purna Praja harus selalu berdampak dalam setiap kehadirannya terus menjadi pegangan kalangan purna di Jawa Timur.
