IKAPTK Lampung Aksi Peduli: Purna Praja di didik dengan nilai kepamongprajaan sehingga harus peduli pada sekitar

COVID-19 yang mulai tersebar di Wuhan, telah ditetapkan menjadi pandemic oleh WHO karena telah menginfeksi jutaan orang diseluruh dunia. Hampir tidak ada negara yang bebas dari ancaman virus tersebut.

Dalam setiap bencana selain korban, ada yang hanya bisa diam meratapi nasib. Namun dalam setiap bencana selalu lahir pahlawan dan orang orang baik yang tanpa pamrih mengorbankan waktu, pikiran, tenaga, harta bendanya untuk membantu yang membutuhkan.

Pilihan yang kedua yang diambil oleh para purna praja di Provinsi Lampung. DPP IKAPTK Provinsi Lampung, pada tanggal 7 April 2020 melakukan pembagian 200 paket sembako untuk pedagang asongan, pengemis, dan pemulung; penyediaan 2 alat cuci tangan dan pembagian 1500 face shield untuk tenaga medis diwilayah Provinsi Lampung.

Drs. H. Sulpakar, MM Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Provinsi Lampung Drs. H. Sulpakar, MM, yang juga Sekretaris Dewan Pengurus Provinsi (DPP) IKAPTK Provinsi Lampung mengatakan, bahwa IKAPTK melakukan aksi ini sebagai wujud dukungan DPP IKAPTK Lampung terhadap program Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah dalam menanggulangi wabah COVID-19. Dia juga mengatakan bahwa Purna Praja di didik bertahun tahun agar memahami hakekat nilai nilai kepamong prajaan sehingga harus peduli dengan keadaan sekitar.

Apa yang di lakukan oleh DPP IKAPTK Lampung sejalan dengan program kerja dari DPN IKAPTK dengan tagline Maju, Modern dan Bermanfaat. Sesuai pepatah “Lebih baik menyalakan lilin daripada mengutuk kegelapan”
