IKAPTK mengadakan webinar tentang “PNS tidak produktif, pensiun usia 45 tahun?”

Era 4.0 adalah era otomatisasi, dimana peran manusia di banyak bidang digantikan oleh mesin. Artificial Intelligent menjadi roh dalam semua aktivitas industri. Kondisi tersebut berimplikasi pada sektor pemerintahan. Produktivitas menjadi kunci, jika pegawai pemerintah tidak produktif, maka pemerintah akan gagap menghadapi perubahan yang super cepat.

Kemudian muncul wacana terkait penurunan usia pensiun PNS dari 58 tahun menjadi 45 tahun? Apakah wacana tersebut relevan dengan perkembangan dunia saat ini? Apakah wacana tersebut punya implikasi positif terhadap kemajuan Indonesia atau sebaliknya?

Kita semua akan mendiskusikan hal tersebut dengan para ahli dibidangnya.
